How to use IPOWATCH
A tracker is only useful if you know what the columns mean
The two boards above separate mainboard IPOs from SME IPOs. Mainboard issues list on the NSE and BSE main boards. SME issues list on the SME platforms. They differ in minimum application size, who is allowed to bid, and how easily you can sell after listing. A single mixed list hides that. GMP on a card is an unofficial premium over the upper price band, not an exchange price and not a forecast. The estimated listing figure is upper band plus that premium. Subscription, on its own page, is split into qualified institutional buyers, non-institutional investors, and retail because a “20 times” headline can be any mix of those three.
If the board is empty, there is no open or upcoming issue in that category right now. That is a quiet calendar, not a broken page. The guides stay available either way. Start with what an IPO is, then how to apply with UPI, then the pages on GMP, subscription, and allotment. IPOWATCH does not tell you to apply. The disclaimer is the limit on every number you see here, and the about page says who writes the guides.
