What the site is
IPOWATCH publishes IPO trackers and original guides for readers in India. Trackers may show dates, price bands, lot sizes, grey-market premium figures, subscription ratios, and links to registrar allotment pages. Guides explain how those ideas work. None of this is investment advice, a research report under SEBI’s research-analyst rules, an offer document, or a solicitation to buy or sell securities.
You are responsible for your own decisions. Before you apply for an IPO, read the red herring prospectus, check the exchange bidding page, and use your own broker or bank. Before you buy or sell in the secondary market, use a SEBI-registered intermediary. A GMP figure, a subscription multiple, or a sentence in a guide is not a personal recommendation.
No account is required to read
Readers do not register. The admin area is only for the people who operate the site. Do not attempt to sign in, probe, or bypass it. Automated scraping that degrades the service, attempts to inject content, and attempts to harvest contact messages are not allowed.
Accuracy and freshness
We work to keep dates and figures useful, and we still make mistakes. An IPO timetable can change after we last updated a page. A GMP quote can be hours old. A subscription file can be revised by the exchange after the close. Registrar links can change. The offer document and the exchange notice win if they disagree with this site. We do not warrant that the site is complete, current, or error-free, and we do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption.
Grey-market premium
GMP is unofficial. It is not published by NSE, BSE, or SEBI as a trade price. Showing it is not an endorsement of grey-market dealing. Dealing in unlisted shares outside the permitted routes can be illegal. We display the indication so readers can see the chatter they will meet elsewhere, next to an explanation of its limits. You can read that explanation in the GMP guide.
Our writing and your use of it
Original guides, page copy, and the site design are owned by the operator of IPOWATCH unless a page says otherwise. You may share a link. You may quote a short passage with credit and a link. You may not copy guides wholesale, republish them as your own, or wrap them in a site whose purpose is to carry ads around someone else’s writing. Company names, exchange names, and prospectus facts are not our property; the way we explain them is.
Issue pages may summarise publicly filed information. Those summaries are aids. The filed prospectus remains the company’s document. We do not claim ownership of a company’s prospectus, financial tables, or trademarks.
Third-party sites
Links to registrars, exchanges, SEBI, and Google’s privacy tools leave this site. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, uptime, or privacy practices. Check the domain before you type a PAN or application number.
Advertising
The site may show third-party ads, including Google AdSense. An ad is not our endorsement of the advertiser. Ad placement does not change a guide. If you click an ad, your relationship is with the advertiser.

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading messages. Do not submit other people’s personal data. Do not submit material you do not have the right to send. We may ignore messages that ask us for a buy/sell/apply call. We may delete spam. See the privacy policy for how messages are stored.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Indian law allows, IPOWATCH and the people who operate it are not liable for losses that arise from using the site, relying on a GMP or subscription figure, being unable to open a registrar link, or missing an allotment or listing date. That includes loss of capital, loss of an application opportunity, and loss of data. If a mandatory consumer right cannot be excluded, that right stays. Nothing on the site limits liability for fraud or for any liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and law
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top is the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
