How to read the Omara Ventures IPO page

This is a SME issue on an SME platform. The price band stored here is ₹296 to ₹311. The lot size is 800 shares, so one minimum application at the upper end of the band is about ₹248,800, blocked through your broker by ASBA or a UPI mandate. That block is not a debit you have lost. If you are not allotted, it is released. The issue size on this page is ₹42 crore. Confirm the band, the lot, and the size in the red herring prospectus if you are about to apply, because offer terms can be revised before the window opens.

The timetable we are showing is open 30 Sep 2026, close 05 Oct 2026, basis of allotment 06 Oct 2026, and listing 08 Oct 2026. A dash means the date is not on this page yet. Dates move when the company or the exchange revises them. The exchange notice is the one that decides whether you can still bid today. Applying after the close is impossible; applying on the last day is normal, and retail bids often cluster then.

The current GMP stored for Omara Ventures is ₹0. The estimated listing price of ₹0 is the upper band plus that GMP. It updates when the stored premium updates. It is not a forecast we are making, and it is not a price the company has agreed to list at. A zero or empty premium means we do not have a usable unofficial quote stored, not that a dealer has certified fair value. Read the GMP history tab for the path, not just the latest print. One afternoon’s quote can reverse. The GMP guide explains why the unofficial number and the listing print diverge.

Subscription, allotment, and what this page cannot know

The subscription tab shows category multiples when we have a file: QIB, NII, retail, and total. On a mainboard issue those categories are different people with different limits. A large total can be almost entirely institutional. Retail allotment, once retail is oversubscribed at the minimum application, is a lottery for one lot. Raising your application inside the retail cap does not work the way a queue works. The allotment guide is the longer explanation, and the allotment hub is where the registrar link lives when the basis date arrives. This website cannot look up your PAN.

Because this is an SME issue, do not borrow intuition from a mainboard listing pop. The minimum cheque is larger, the shareholder base after listing is often smaller, and the secondary market can be too thin to exit at the price you see on the screen. Read SME IPO risks before you compare this GMP with a mainboard GMP.

Strengths and risks on the overview are a short editorial list when the desk has written one. They are not the risk-factor chapter. Objects of the issue — how much is fresh capital for the company versus an offer for sale by existing shareholders — change what the IPO actually funds. An offer for sale gives you no new money inside the business. You will not get that split from the GMP card. Open the prospectus. Financial tables, when they are on the financials tab, are a convenience copy. If they are absent, the company still has a financial chapter in the offer document, and that chapter is the one to read.

Nothing on the Omara Ventures page is a recommendation to apply or to skip. IPOWATCH is not a SEBI-registered adviser. Use the disclaimer, your own reading of the offer document, and a registered adviser if you want advice that knows your situation. When you do apply, use only your broker’s IPO page and approve the mandate in your own UPI app. No one from this site will ask for a PIN or an OTP.
